What is your pricing?

We are a Wholesale Distributor, you are already receiving our lowest discounts offered on the products. Small orders drive up our labor and packaging costs. We are able to keep our prices lower than our competition by catering to our wholesale customers.
Pricing for each item is listed on the item's page.
Whites are always cheaper than the colors. Sizes XXL and XXXL are usually more expensive than the regular sizes.
PLEASE NOTE: Prices are subject to change without notice.

 
Can I mix colors and sizes?
You can mix colors and sizing any way you want.
 
How can I place a large order?

If you need to place an order over $2500 please request a quote.

 
Are your shirts first quality?
All our shirts are first quality, we do not carry any seconds or Irregulars.
 
Do you do special or customized orders?
No Special or Customized orders; We do not print or embroider on shirts.
 
Are you the manufacturer?
We are not the manufacturer. We can't make a custom shirt for you. We only carry the items you can find on our website.
 
Is there a minimum order?
There are No Minimums. Samples may be purchased at the piece price and are not returnable. This site is open to the public. You do not have to be a merchant to place an order. The internet has opened new doors, it is now possible for the public to buy at wholesale prices.
 
How do I place an order?

Place your order online or order by phone from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Pacific Standard Time by calling 1-858-653-5318.

How can I pay?

Most popular forms of payment are Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. You can also pay by check or money order.

 
Is it safe to use my credit card to pay for my order?
Payment can be made with a Visa, Visa Check Card, MasterCard, Master Money Card, Discover, American Express. Our server is compatible with browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Netscape that can transmit information over the Internet in an encrypted form. If you use such a browser, you can use our secure server to enter your credit card number directly during the order process.
 
What if I don't want to pay for my order on the internet?
If you don't feel comfortable about using your credit card on the internet, you can place your order by phone 1-858-653-5318 or Fax your order to 858-653-3037.
 
Do you take purchase orders (P.O.'s) or Net-30's?
We only accept School or Government (PO's) Purchase orders. Please fax your purchase orders to 1-858-653-3037 Purchase orders must be paid within 30 days of invoice date.
 
School & Government purchase order instructions

Step 1 - First put all the items you intend to purchase in our shopping cart.
Step 2 -After adding all the items to the cart please add your zip code in the shipping estimator. California Schools please add local sales tax. You will not be able to complete your purchase order online.
Step 3 - Please print out your cart page and fax that page and your purchase order to 858-653-3037. If you have any questions please call.

 
How can I place a purchase order if I'm not a school or government agency?
Purchase order alternative for other customers who are not Schools or Government can use a "Pro Forma Invoice". After you place an order to be paid by check, send a brief e-mail message to Shirtgear.com asking for a pro forma invoice. We can either mail or fax it to you, and your accounting department can send a check for the order. Once the check is received we will ship your order that same day.

Do you charge Sales Tax?

If we ship in the state of California, a completed and signed valid resale permit must be on file to avoid being charged sales tax. You can fax your CA resale license to 858-653-3037.
If we don't ship to California there is no sales tax but please refer to your own state's policy in case you have to pay taxes to the state.
 
What do you charge for shipping?
To calculate your shipping cost, please put your items in your cart and then add your zip code.
 
How does my order get shipped and tracked?
Orders placed from Monday to Friday before 1:00 pm local warehouse time, will be shipped the same day. All orders placed after 1pm Pacific Standard Time will ship the following business day. All orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed and shipped on Monday.
Regular UPS ground orders take between 3 to 6 business daysuntil delivery to your door (most orders are delivered within 2 to 3 business days) but sometimes it can take up to 6 business days for delivery of your order.
Track your order status by sending us an e-mail. We usually send out an email with UPS tracking info 24 hours after your order is shipped.
Your order may arrive in separate shipments. The shipping and handling charge on your invoice is final. You will never pay any extra charges for separate shipments from multiple warehouses.
 
Does choosing Second Day mean my order will arrive in 48 hours?
Not always. Remember to add 1 business day if you place your order after 1p.m.. If you place an order and select Second Day Air shipping, the items will ship within 24 hours and arrive on the second following business day---three business days total. Please also keep in mind that there is no weekend delivery for Second Day or any other UPS delivery.
 
What about Next Day shipping?

Please call for prices and availability of Next day shipping options. (next day air is expensive and not always available).

 
Do you ship outside the U.S.?
For Alaska and Hawaii sorry we only ship UPS, no post office. Your shipping fees will be quite more expensive than our customers on the mainland. Our only option to Hawaii and Alaska is 2nd day but can take up to 5 business days depending on your location.
We ship only to locations within the U.S. and cannot currently ship to APO/FPO addresses to Puerto Rico, Guam, or the Virgin islands. Sorry, but we do not ship outside the U.S.
Shirtgear.com cannot be responsible for delayed orders after shipments leave our warehouse.
 
Where do you ship from? Where are your Warehouses?
We have 9 warehouses across the U.S and we will ship from the closest warehouse available for your location. Our warehouses are located strategically across the U.S. - California, Colorado, Texas, Illinois, Washington State, Florida, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Michigan.
 
 
Do you allow Customer Pick-ups?
No Customer Pickup. We don't have a customer counter at any of our locations.
Our warehouses are not open to the public. No customer pickup or showroom.
 
Do you offer C.O.D?
 

Returns and Exchanges
Available from M-F 8 to 4 PST

Returns
Return of unwanted merchandise will be charged a 10% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges.

Exchanges
There is no restocking fee on Exchanges but you are responsible for all shipping charges.
A return authorization number will be issued from our customer service department.
No returns will be accepted without a return authorization number clearly marked on each box.
Absolutely no returns on printed, washed or decorated merchandise. Garments should be inspected prior to decorating.
Please report packing error and manufacturer defects to Shirtgear.com within 72 hours of receipt of order.
No credit will be given until merchandise is received into our warehouse.
Cancellations of orders already pulled are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Merchandise over 30 days old or discontinued merchandise may not be returned.
